How DTF Printing Works
From idea to finished garment in four steps.
1. Design
Create your artwork in your favorite software (Photoshop, Illustrator…).
2. Print
Print onto PET film with your DTF printer.
3. Powder & Cure
Apply the hot-melt adhesive powder and cure in the DTF oven.
4. Transfer
Heat press at 150–160 °C for 12–15 seconds.

For starting out (up to ~20 shirts/day), the A3 with L805/L1800 head is the most affordable. For stable daily production, choose the A3 Pro with XP600. For high volume (60+ shirts/day), go with the 60cm dual-head i3200 models.
We ship worldwide by express courier with tracking. Typical delivery is 5–10 business days depending on destination.
Machines carry a 12-month warranty and printheads 6 months. Printhead wear from daily use or unsuitable ink is not covered.
Yes. Every DTF printer includes printing software and a setup guide, with remote assistance for the first configuration.
Daily nozzle checks and white ink circulation before breaks. If idle for more than 3 days, run a full cleaning cycle.
