A3 MAX DTF Printer
The A3 MAX DTF Printer is designed for consistent, high-quality Direct-to-Film output. It features a single XP600 Print Head managed by a Hoson Mainboard, providing stable operation and control.
Precision and Speed: The unit is capable of printing at a resolution of 1440dpi, achieving production speeds of $8text{pass } 4text{㎡/h}$.
Ink System: It supports CMYK+WW color configuration using specialized DTF Ink.
White Ink Management: The printer includes a White Ink Circulation system, which actively maintains the white ink suspension to support continuous use.
Compatibility: Operates with Riin/EraRip software and is compatible with Windows XP/7/8/10/11 operating systems.
The printer supports a maximum media width of 350mm and is suitable for printing on a wide range of materials, including Textile, Fabric, Leather, Canvas, Cotton, Linen, and Chemical Fiber.
A3 DTF Powder Shaking Machine
This companion unit automates the powder application and curing stages of the DTF process.
Operation: It handles a 350mm feed width, matching the printer’s output. The unit uses an Intelligent Control System for managing the process.
Curing: Heat is supplied by Quartz Heating Tubes through a 400mm Horizontal Drying Tunnel. Heating temperature, powder shaking speed, and sprinkling speed are all adjustable.
Efficiency: Features Automatic Induction and an Automatic Winding Film Method to collect the cured film cleanly, ready for transfer.
